If you connected an Instagram account
- Open Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
- Remove QuietDrop. Meta tells QuietDrop, and the account, its token, automations, message records and click counts are deleted right away.
If you commented on a post and got a message
Email contact@quietdadclub.com with your Instagram username. We delete what we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by email. Usernames are deleted automatically 30 days after the last comment anyway.
